Working Flow 

  1. User scans a QR code or selects current location inside the venue

  2. The app uses AR SDK + mapping data to overlay directional arrows on their screen

  3. User selects a destination (stall, food court, restroom, etc.)

  4. The system renders a 3D path or arrows over real-time camera feed guiding them

  5. Admin updates booth positions, POIs, and floor plans as needed
