Project Overview:

The Event Invitation Management System is a web-based platform designed to create, send, manage, and track invitations for various events like weddings, birthdays, corporate meetings, college fests, seminars, etc. It allows event organizers to manage invitees, track RSVPs (responses), send reminders, and even issue digital e-passes or QR codes for entry.

This project is ideal for institutions, event planners, or individuals who want to digitize and simplify the invitation process.

Key Features:

1. User Roles:

• Organizer (Admin): Create events, design invites, manage invitees.

• Guest/User: Receive invites, view event details, RSVP.

2. Create & Customize Invitations:

• Choose from pre-designed templates or upload your own design.

• Enter event details: name, date, venue, host, description.

• Add special instructions, photos, and maps.

3. Guest List Management:

• Upload guest list via form or Excel sheet.

• Categorize invitees (VIP, Family, Colleagues, etc.)

• Assign guest ID or invite code.

4. RSVP Tracking:

• Guests can accept, decline, or mark "maybe."

• Live dashboard shows responses in real time.

• Track food preferences, group attendees, and +1s.

5. Digital E-Pass / QR Code Generation:

• After RSVP, guests receive a unique QR code or e-pass via email.

• Can be scanned at entry for attendance marking.

6. Email and SMS Notifications:

• Automatic email invites sent to each guest.

• Event reminders and updates sent before the event.

• Option for thank-you messages after event completion.

7. Event Dashboard:

• Organizer sees RSVP analytics, guest arrival status, feedback forms.

• Export RSVP list for offline use.
