The IoT Smart Elevator System is a modern elevator solution that enhances safety, automation, predictive maintenance, and remote monitoring. It uses sensors, microcontrollers, and cloud connectivity to monitor elevator usage, detect faults, optimize floor stops, and allow remote diagnostics. This system is particularly useful in commercial buildings, smart homes, and high-rise apartments to ensure smooth and efficient elevator operation.


Key Features:

  • Real-Time Monitoring:
    Monitors elevator position, status (idle, moving, fault), and direction in real-time.

  • Fault Detection & Alerts:
    Detects abnormal vibrations, overloads, or door jams and sends alerts immediately.

  • Remote Access Dashboard:
    Admin or maintenance team can monitor elevator status via web or mobile interface.

  • AI-Based Predictive Maintenance (Optional):
    Uses ML to analyze sensor data and predict component failure before it happens.

  • Smart Access Control (Optional):
    Users can request the elevator using a mobile app or RFID card, reducing touch interactions.

  • Usage Analytics:
