Project Overview:

The Online Medical Report & Prescription Management System is a secure web-based platform that facilitates the digital storage, access, and management of patients’ medical records and prescriptions. The system allows doctors to upload and manage prescriptions online, while patients can view, download, and track their medical history from anywhere.

This system promotes paperless healthcare, remote diagnosis, and timely communication between doctors and patients—especially useful for telemedicine and chronic care monitoring.

• Enable doctors to generate and manage prescriptions digitally

• Allow patients to access medical records securely anytime

• Support remote consultations with report sharing and prescription upload

• Improve accuracy, transparency, and data tracking in patient care
